Machine Features

1.高灵敏度火花保护

当火花产生时，本机装有的高敏度火花电子回路，能迅速切断高周波电源，极安全地保护模具和加工物料

2.避免电波干扰装置

置有高周波频率稳定和高周波漏磁压制器，此装置能免除电波漏出干扰别的电子装置，如电视等

3.安全装置

当电流超过限制值时，过负荷电流继电器自动保护振荡管和整流器，同时可以避免由不当操作所引起的频率飘移

4.机械结构特殊

该机型经过特殊的设计和装配，其强度足以应付任何情况，机座决不摇晃而且特殊部分使用起来十分轻便和精确

5.容易调整的同调器及特殊回路

高周功率输出特强，可籍调谐器依模具大小和物料厚薄调节，尤其特殊的高周回路，高稳定的出力，能大大降低不必要之熔接时间，提高产品质量及产量

1.Anti-spark machine

When spark occur, the high sensitiveness spark protect electric system ,cuts high frequency power immediatly to protect mould and material

2.Jamming prevention device

Equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor,This device previce leakage of electromagnetic radiation to anoid jamming other electrical instruments such as televisions and ridios,etc.

3.Safety device

When the current exceeds its limits,the overload relay functions automaticaly to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier, Frequency deviation caused dy misoperation is also prevented.

4.Mechanical structure of the special

It can automaticlly cut off the power if machine over current or occurs spark to protect the material, mould and oscillation tubes. Frequency deviation caused by mis-operation is also prevented.

5.No High Frequency Radiation

The selectable output power ensured astable quality of the products for it could reduce the heating time when jointing is being carried out
